摘要
目的分析评估胺碘酮外渗在利多卡因封闭的基础上金黄膏外敷的联合应用效果。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2019年1月收治的胺碘酮外渗患者70例,将其根据不同治疗方式均分为观察组(35例,使用利多卡因封闭联合金黄膏外敷治疗)和对照组(35例,使用常规治疗),观察比较两组治疗后治疗效果情况。结果观察组患者治疗后其治疗有效率远高于对照组患者,并且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用利多卡因封闭联合金黄膏外敷治疗胺碘酮外渗患者能够显著提高治疗有效率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the combined application effect of amiodarone extravasation and Jinhuang ointment on the basis of lidocaine sealing. Methods Seventy patients with amiodarone exosmosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(35 cases treated with lidocaine blocking combined with Jinhuang ointment) and control group(35 cases treated with routine treatment). The therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment was observed and compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of lidocaine combined with Jinhuang ointment for external treatment of amiodarone extravasation can significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment, it is worthy of clinical application.
