摘要
目的探讨优思明在稽留流产术后患者中的实践应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月在我院接受稽留流产术治疗的96例稽留流产患者,由计算机编号,按照单双数法分为观察组(n=48)与对照组(n=48),比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组宫颈粘连发生率为4.17%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论在稽留流产术后患者使用优思明,可促进患者子宫内膜得到及时修复,缩短月经复潮时间,降低宫颈粘连的发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective to explore practical application effect of Yasmin in treatment of missed abortion.Methods choose 96 cases missed abortion patients received missed abortion treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018,divide them into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to single and double number method.Compare treatment effect of two groups.Results incidence of cervical adhesion in observation group was 4.17%,significantly lower than that in control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion yasmin can promote timely repair of endometrium,shorten menstruation time,reduce occurrence of cervical adhesions,and improve life quality of missed abortion patients.
