摘要
目的探究不同种材料对股骨粗隆间骨折内固定的治疗效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年4月期间我院骨科收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者共70例,随机分为实验组及对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采用近端锁定板进行治疗,实验组患者采用人工股骨头置换术进行治疗。一段时间后,对两组患者术后的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间及相关并发症的发生率进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者术后的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间均显著低于对照组,同时实验组骨折相关并发症的发生率显著低于对照组患者,且上述指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗方法对股骨粗隆间骨折的患者均有较好的疗效,但人工股骨头置换术在治疗效果上要优于近端锁定板治疗,因此,在股骨粗隆间骨折内固定治疗当中,我们可尝试多采用人工股骨头置换的方式进行治疗,达到帮助患者快速恢复健康的目的。
Objective To study the effect of different materials on the internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods 70 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and 35 cases of each group were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with the proximal locking plate,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with the artificial femoral head replacement.After a period of time,the treatment effect,the healing time of the fracture and the incidence of the related complications were statistically analyzed.Results The treatment effect and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The incidence of fracture-related complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference in the above indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion The two methods are effective in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,but the effect of artificial thigh head replacement is better than that of proximal locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femury.Therefore,in the treatment of internal fixation of intertrochanter fracture of femur,we can try to use artificial femoral head replacement to help the patients recover their health quickly.
