摘要
目的探究呼吸道护理管理措施对于预防重症肺炎患儿呼吸道感染的价值。方法此次参与研究的是本院儿科于2017年3月至2018年8月收治的50例患儿,采用奇偶数方式将患儿分为两组,每组有25例患儿。其中,对照组患儿给予常规护理模式,实验组患儿给予常规护理+呼吸道护理管理模式。对比两组患儿住院时间、临床症状缓解时间、呼吸道感染发生率及机械通气时间。结果研究发现,实验组患儿住院时间明显较短,且临床症状缓解时间也短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿出现呼吸道感染的概率明显较低(P<0.05)。两组中,实验组患儿机械通气时间较短(P<0.05)。结论给予重症肺炎患儿呼吸道护理管理措施,可有效降低患儿出现呼吸道感染的概率,也可缩短患儿住院时间、机械通气时间,这对提升患儿康复速度、提高患儿治疗依从度有一定作用,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the value of respiratory tract nursing management measures in preventing respiratory tract infection in children with severe pneumonia.Methods Fifty children were admitted to our department from March 2017 to August 2018,they were divided into two groups by odd and even numbers,with 25 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing mode,while the experimental group was given routine nursing+respiratory tract nursing management mode.The hospitalization time,the time of clinical symptom relief,the incidence of respiratory tract infection and the time of mechanical ventilation were compared between the two groups.Results The study found that the hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter,and the clinical symptoms relief time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory tract infection in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time of the experimental group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory tract nursing management measures for children with severe pneumonia can effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection,shorten the hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of children,which has a certain role in improving the rehabilitation speed and treatment compliance of children,and has clinical popularization value.
