Objective To investigate the effect of short-term low-dose milrinone in the treatment of refractory heart failure in dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Sixty patients with refractory heart failure in dilated cardiomyopathy between February 2017 and July 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.Randomized, the conventional drug treatment group received conventional drug therapy, and the milrinone treatment group received conventional drugs combined with short-term low-dose milrinone treatment. The treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups;the time of ventricular volume reduction, the time when ventricular contractility returned to normal, the time of improvement of edema symptoms, and the improvement of cardiac function;the stroke volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, brain natriuretic peptide and left before and after treatment Ventricular end diastolic diameter;adverse reactions. Results The treatment efficiency, ventricular volume reduction time, ventricular contractility returned to normal time, edema symptom improvement time, cardiac function improvement two-stage time, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, brain natriuretic peptide and The left ventricular end diastolic diameter was better than the conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05.No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Conventional drugs combined with short-term low-dose milrinone can achieve better prognosis in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with refractory heart failure.
