摘要
目的对于产科重度出血性疾病进行介入治疗之后的护理效果进行探讨,并最终找出最佳护理效果的方案。方法研究对象为在我院2018年4月到2019年4月进行治疗的产科重度出血性疾病的患者,他们都出现了凶险性前置胎盘导致的大出血,共有48例,用随机抽取的方式将研究对象分为均等的两组:对照组和观察组,每组24个病例。进行介入治疗护理方法的为观察组,通过建立静脉双通道或三通道、输血、药物是缩宫素等方式进行护理的为观察组;进行常规护理方法的为对照组。通过两组护理方法患者的反馈情况,来探究介入治疗在产科重度出血性疾病护理效果。结果对照组患者中有20例出现了凶险性前置胎盘,4例患者手术中凶险程度较轻,对他们进行抢救,有18名患者抢救成功;观察组患者中有21例出现了凶险性前置胎盘,3例患者凶险程度较轻,对它们进行介入治疗,24名患者全部抢救成功,且术后恢复良好。结论介入治疗在产科重度出血性疾病手术中特别是凶险性胎盘前置有良好效果,能够提高疗效,减少并发症发生,有利于患者恢复。有很大的临床推广意义。
Objective to explore nursing effect of interventional therapy for severe obstetric bleeding diseases,and find out the best scheme of nursing effect.Methods treat 48 cases severe obstetric bleeding diseases patients with massive hemorrhage caused by dangerous placenta previa in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as research objects.Divide them into two equal groups randomly:control group and observation group,24 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with intervention nursing of establishing two or three vein channels,blood transfusion and oxytocin,and control group with routine nursing methods.Explore nursing effect of interventional therapy in severe obstetric bleeding diseases based on nursing methods feedback of two groups,Results in control group,20 cases had dangerous placenta previa,4 cases had less dangerous degree during operation,and 18 cases were rescued successfully;in observation group,21 cases had dangerous placenta previa,3 cases had less dangerous degree,and all 24 cases were rescued successfully after interventional treatment,with good recovey after operation.Conclusion interventional therapy is of good effect in operation of severe obstetric bleeding diseases,especially in treatment of dangerous placenta previa,can improve curative effect,reduce complications occurrence,which is beneficial to recovery of patients with great clinical significance.
