摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理对糖尿病住院患者健康知识与血糖控制的影响。方法120例实验观察对象是我院在2018年6月至2019年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者,所有患者按抽签法指导分组:常规组采用常规护理方法、实验组采用无缝隙护理方法。对比两组患者对健康知识掌握情况及血糖控制情况。结果在健康知识的掌握以及血糖控制方面,实验组患者所得数据结果均要优于常规组,组间数据比对判定有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理模式的财务对提高糖尿病住院患者健康知识掌握、管控血糖水平是有积极影响的。
Objective to explore effect of seamless nursing on health knowledge and blood glucose control of diabetic inpatients.Methods treat 120 cases type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as observation objects.Divide them into two groups according to drawing lots method:routine group was treated with routine nursing method,and experimental group with seamless nursing method.Compare health knowledge and blood glucose control of two groups.Results health knowledge mastering and blood glucose controlling data of experimental group was better than routine group,data comparison was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion seamless nursing mode has positive effect on improving health knowledge of diabetic inpatients and controlling level of blood glucose.
