摘要
目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖、利格列汀进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院自2018年3月至2019年3月收治的86例老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组(43例)与对照组(43例),对照组采用阿卡波糖进行治疗,观察组采用阿卡波糖联合利格列汀治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果与不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组不良反应低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用阿卡波糖联合利格列汀对老年2型糖尿病患者进行治疗能够提高对患者的疗效,降低了患者的不良反应发生率,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acarbose and linagliptin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group was treated with acarbose,while the observation group was treated with acarbose combined with linagliptin.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood sugar control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with linagliptin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the efficacy of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,it is worthy of widespread use.
