摘要
目的研究对小儿慢性腹泻进行推拿治疗的效果。方法选取我院2017年11月至2019年11月的80例小儿慢性腹泻患儿进行研究,按照随机数表进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患儿采取西药常规治疗方式,观察组患儿采用小儿推拿方式进行治疗,观察两组患儿的整体治疗有效率、治疗数天内的疗程评分以及腹泻次数情况。结果观察组患儿的整体治疗有效率高于对照组患儿的整体治疗有效率(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗数天内的评分情况低于对照组患儿(P<0.05),数据对比具有统计学意义。结论对患儿进行小儿推拿治疗慢性腹泻,明显改善患儿的腹泻情况,并且能够有效提高整体治疗有效率,促进患儿的康复,具有良好的使用价值,值得广泛推广。
Objective To study the effect of massage therapy on chronic diarrhea in children.Methods Eighty children with chronic diarrhea in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.Each group had 40 cases,and the control group took western medicine.In the conventional treatment mode,the children in the observation group were treated with pediatric massage.The overall treatment efficiency of the two groups was observed,the course of treatment within a few days of treatment,and the number of diarrhea.Results The overall treatment efficiency of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the data comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion Pediatric massage for children with chronic diarrhea can significantly improve the diarrhea of children,and can effectively improve the overall treatment efficiency and promote the rehabilitation of children.It has good use value and is worthy of widespread promotion.
