摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在消化内镜诊疗中的临床应用。方法选择92例在我科室进行消化内镜诊疗病人实施调研,本次调查时间于2016年9月至2017年2月。根据随机方式,将参与调查病人分成两个小组,每组均为46例病人。对比组采用常规护理,实验组采用了舒适护理。观察两组病例最终的护理结果。结果①实验组发生率为4.35%和对比组的23.91%相比较低,差异明显,P=0.0000;②实验组护理有效率为97.83%和对比组的73.91%相比较高,差异明显,P=0.0000。结论在消化内镜护理干预中,舒适护理干预方式应作为首选的护理方案,此方案值得临床广泛的应用。
Objective to explore clinical application of comfort nursing in diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscope.Methods choose 92 cases gastrointestinal diagnosis and treatment patients in our department from Sep,2016 to Feb,2017.Divide them into two groups randomly,46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with comfort nursing.Observe final nursing Result s of two groups.Results①incidence rate of experimental group was 4.35%relatively higher than 23.91%of control group,with significant difference,P=0.0000;②nursing effective rate of experimental group was 97.83%and relatively higher than 73.91%of control group,with obvious difference,P=0.0000.Conclusion during digestive endoscopic nursing intervention,comfortable nursing intervention method should be applied as preferred nursing scheme,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
