摘要
目的探究冠心病室性心律失常患者选取炙甘草汤加减进行治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月的36例冠心病室性心律失常患者进行研究,按照随机数表进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组18例,对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者采用炙甘草汤加减进行治疗,观察两组患者的整体治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的整体治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),数据对比具有统计学意义。结论对冠心病室性心律失常患者采用炙甘草汤加减进行治疗,可减少患者服用西药治疗的不良反应发生率,并且具有良好的治疗效果,有良好的使用价值,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Zhigancao Decoction on patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods Thirty-six patients with coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in our study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table.Each group was 18 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Zhigancao Decoction,and the overall treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results The overall treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The data were statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia treated with Zhigancao Decoction can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients taking Western medicine,and has good therapeutic effect.It has good use value and is worthy of widespread promotion.
