摘要
目的探析吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊息肉的有效性。方法研究对象选择是60例于2018年1月至2019年6月在我院手术的胆囊息肉患者用数字随机表法分组,各30例。对照组行传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察组患者采用吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对两种手术方法的治疗有效性和安全性进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组、术中出血量少于对照组、术后住院时间短于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组的术后康复时间和住院时间均短于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组,VAS评分更低,有显著差异(P<0.05);两组术后并发症无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在胆囊息肉的临床治疗上,采用吊线法单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗兼具有效性和安全性,有利于患者术后身体的康复,同时可缓解患者的疼痛程度,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective to explore effectiveness of single-line laparoscopic cholecystectomy with suspension method in treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods choose 60 cases gallbladder polyps patients with operation in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as research objects,divide them into two groups with digital random table method,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and observation group with single-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy with suspension method.Compare and analyze effectiveness and safety of two surgical methods.Results operation time of observation group was shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than control group,and postoperative hospital stay was shorter than control group,with significant difference.Postoperative recovery time and hospital stay of observation group was shorter than control group,pain degree is lighter than control group,VAS scores were lower,there was significant difference;postoperative complications showed no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion in clinical treatment of gallbladder polyps,single-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy with suspension method is effective and safe,which is conducive to physical recovery after surgery of patients and can relieve their pains,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
