摘要
目的分析全麻技术在儿童牙病治疗中的临床疗效,以为临床提供借鉴。方法2019年7月至2019年12月,选取68名接受全麻治疗的儿童牙病患者为研究对象开展调研研究,对患儿的基本情况、治疗情况、治疗后情况和3个月随访结果进行评价分析,以有效分析全麻技术在儿童牙病治疗中的临床疗效。结果全麻治疗患者中采用最多的治疗方法包含乳牙树脂预成冠修复、填充术和根管治疗等;患者治疗时间最短为0.5 h,最长为4h,平均治疗时间数值为(81.64±12.94)min;经过全麻治疗后均正常苏醒,均未出现麻醉不良反应,也未出现后遗症,所有患儿均能正常饮食和进行活动;患儿均进行三个月的随访,所有患儿均未发生牙齿松动、脱落不良事件,治疗效果较好。结论全麻技术适应于各年龄段和性别儿童治疗,并且疗效较好,具有较好的治疗安全性,非常值得进行临床推广应用。
Objective to analyze clinical effect of general anesthesia technology in treatment of dental diseases of children,provide reference for clinical practice.Methods choose 68 cases children with dental diseases receiving general anesthesia from July 7,2019 to December 12,2019 as research objects for investigation and research,evaluate and analyze basic conditions,treatment status,post-treatment status and 3-month follow-up results of children,to effectively analyze clinical effect of general anesthesia in treatment of children dental diseases.Results the most commonly used treatment methods in general anesthesia included deciduous resin pre-crown restoration,filling and root canal treatment,etc;the shortest treatment time for patients was 0.5 h,the longest was 4 h,and average treatment time was(81.64±12.94)min;patients recovery normally after general anesthesia treatment,no adverse reactions on anesthesia,and no sequelae.All children were able to eat and exercise normally;followed up for three months showed,all cases showed no adverse events of tooth loosening and shedding occurred,with good treatment effect.Conclusion general anesthesia technique is suitable for treatment of children of all ages and genders,and has good curative effect and treatment safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
