摘要
目的研究分析硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治手术的麻醉效果及应用价值。方法选择我院2017年3月至2019年3月期间需行直肠癌根治手术治疗的40例直肠癌患者作为本次研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各20例,对照组患者实施单纯全身麻醉,研究组患者实施硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉,对比分析两组患者术中血压水平、心率等生命体征、不良反应发生情况和术后疼痛程度,并对数据作以统计分析。结果研究组患者术中血压水平、心率、VAS评分和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在直肠癌根治手术麻醉中,麻醉效果显著,可有效维持患者术中生命体征,改善患者术后疼痛程度,并减少不良反应,具有极高的临床应用价值。
Objective to study and analyze anesthesia effect and application value of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in radical operation of rectal cancer.Method,choose 40 cases rectal cancer patients with radical surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as study objects.Divide them into control group and study group ramdomly,20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with simple general anesthesia,while study group with combined general anesthesia of epidural anesthesia.Compare and analyze blood pressure level,heart rate and other life of patients,and analyze physical signs,adverse reactions and postoperative pain between two groups.Results blood pressure,heart rate,VAS scores and incidence of adverse reactions in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia has significant effect in anesthesia of rectal cancer radical operation,which can effectively maintain vital signs of patients,improve degree of postoperative pain,and reduce adverse reactions.
