摘要
目的分析心理干预对减轻肌肉注射苄星青霉素疼痛反应的影响。方法抽取2018年1月份到2019年4月份从我院选取接受肌肉注射苄星青霉素的患者共计614例作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各组307例。对照组患者采用常规的肌肉注射方法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加强心理干预,观察两组患者的疼痛情况(VAS评分)、一次注射成功率、针头堵塞情况、护理满意度。结果,观察组的疼痛情况显著优于对照组;观察组的一次注射成功率显著高于对照组;观察组的针头堵塞率显著低于对照组;观察组患者护理满意度优于观察组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心理干预对减轻肌肉注射苄星青霉素疼痛反应有着积极的影响,能有效降低患者的疼痛情况,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective to analyze effect of psychological intervention on reducing pain response of intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin.Methods choose 614 patients with injection intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 as research objects,divide them into control group and observation group with random digital table method,307 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine intramuscular injection,and observation group with strengthened psychological intervention on the basis of control group.Observe pain(VAS score),success rate of one injection,needle clogging and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results pain-free rate of observation group was 6.51%(20/307),significantly better than 0.00%(0/307)of control group;one injection success rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group;needle clogging rate was significantly lower than control group;nursing satisfaction of observation group and nursing satisfaction of control group were 96.74%(297/307)and 74.92%(230/307),respectively,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion psychological intervention has positive effect on reducing pain response of intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin,can reduce pain of patients effectively,which is worthy of greatly clinical promotion and application.
