摘要
目的研究肺纤维化合并肺部感染和呼吸衰竭的护理效果。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年12月收治的54例肺纤维化合并肺部感染和呼吸衰竭患者,按照随机数字法分为研究组(27例)和对照组(27例)。对照组采用常规化护理,研究组采用细致护理。观察两组护理效果和护理满意度。结果研究组护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺纤维化合并肺部感染和呼吸衰竭患者采用细致护理干预,可以改善患者肺功能,降低呼吸困难和肺部炎症的扩散,具有临床应用价值。
Objective to study nursing effect of pulmonary fibrosis with pulmonary infection and respiratory failure.Methods choose 54 cases pulmonary fibrosis patients combined with pulmonary infection and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018,divide them into study group(27 cases)and control group(27 cases)according to random digital method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and research group with fine nursing.Observe nursing effect and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results nursing effective rate of study group was 88.89%,better than 66.67%of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree of study group was 95.59%,higher than 74.07%of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion fine nursing intervention can improve lung function,reduce breathing difficulty and spread of pulmonary inflammation of patients with pulmonary fibrosis complicated with pulmonary infection and respiratory failure with clinical application value.
