摘要
目的探究对急性冠状动脉综合征患者采用程序化急救护理措施的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年3月收治的100例急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为对照组(采取常规急诊护理);2018年4月至2019年3月收治的100例急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为观察组(采取程序化急救护理)。对比两组患者护理满意度与并发症发生率。结果观察组患者满意度较对照组更高,且并发症更少,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对急性冠状动脉综合症患者采取程序化急救护理措施,能够有效提升治疗效果,在一定程度上减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度,维护良好的护患关系,有较高临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of programmed emergency nursing care for patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods One hundred patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the control group(conventional emergency care).One hundred acute coronary cases admitted between April 2018 and March 2019 were treated as observation group(procedural emergency care).The satisfaction rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control,and the complications were less.The differences were both significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The procedures of emergency nursing care for patients with acute coronary syndrome can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients,have high clinical application value and are worth promoting.
