摘要
目的 探究胫腓骨骨折患者采取手术治疗后,在患者膝关节功能康复期间应运用护理干预措施,所以应探究综合护理干预效果。方法 研究对象为72例胫腓骨骨折患者,研究时间为2018年11月至2019年11月期间。所有患者均采用胫腓骨骨折闭合性复位内固定术治疗,且在患者术后康复期间行不同护理服务,即参照组患者采用常规护理服务,患者数为36例;护理组患者采用综合护理服务,患者数为36例。观察指标选取:膝关节功能、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分等指标数据。结果 经过护理干预后,护理组患者膝关节功能恢复良好,本研究以膝关节Lysholm评分予以反应,评分较高,较之参照组P<0.05;经过护理干预后,护理组患者骨折愈合时间和住院时间有着明显的缩短,较之参照组P<0.05;经过护理干预后,护理组患者VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分等均有所改善,优于参照组P<0.05。结论 针对胫腓骨骨折闭合性复位内固定术治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者,患者在术后康复期间应采用综合护理服务提高患者的手术治疗效果,同时对患者预后质量也有着重要的作用,既能改善患者膝关节功能,又能缩短患者住院时间,加快患者的骨折愈合。患者经过综合护理服务后,患者的疼痛程度有所降低,且患者的心理状态改善效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with tibiofibular fracture after surgical treatment,during the recovery of knee joint function,nursing intervention measures should be used.Methods Seventy-two patients with tibia and fibula fractures were studied from November 2018 to November 2019.All the patients were treated with closed reduction and internal fixation of tibiofibular fractures,and different nursing services were provided during the postoperative recovery of the patients,that is,routine nursing services were used in the reference group,with the number of patients being 36.Comprehensive nursing service was used in the nursing group,and the number of patients was 36.Observation index selection:knee function,fracture healing time,length of stay,VAS score,SAS score,SDS score and other index data.Results After nursing intervention,the knee joint function of the patients in the nursing group recovered well.In this study,the knee joint Lysholm score was used as the response,and the score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the nursing group were significantly shortened,compared with the control group,P<0.05.After nursing intervention,VAS score,SAS score and SDS score were improved in the nursing group,which was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In view of tibiofibula fractures in patients with closed reduction and internal fixation treatment of tibiofibula fractures,in patients with postoperative rehabilitation should be adopted during the comprehensive nursing care can improve the effect of surgical treatment in patients with and at the same time for the patient prognosis also plays an important role in the quality,can not only improve the function of patients with knee joint,and can shorten hospitalization time,speed up the patients with fracture healing.After comprehensive nursing service,the patient’s pain degree was reduced,and the patient’s p
