摘要
目的分析急诊颅脑创伤患者呼吸支持治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的67例急诊颅脑创伤患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组33例行常规治疗,研究组34例在对照组治疗的基础上行呼吸支持治疗,观察两组治疗前后的呼吸指标和疗效,以及植物状态发生率、死亡率。结果治疗后,治疗后,两组患者的PH指标均无变化(P>0.05);研究组的PaO2、SaO2和PaCO2等指标水平均优于对照组,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05);研究组总有效率82.35%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);研究组植物状态发生率11.76%、死亡率5.88%;对照组的植物状态发生率24.24%、死亡率15.15%,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对急诊颅脑创伤患者进行呼吸支持治疗,能有效提升患者的治疗效果,改善呼吸状态,降低患者的植物状态发生率和死亡率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of respiratory support therapy in emergency patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the control group underwent routine treatment,and 34 cases in the study group were treated in the control group.The basic upward support breathing treatment was used to observe the respiratory indexes and therapeutic effects before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of plant state and mortality.Results After treatment,there was no change in the PH indicators of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the indicators of PaO2,SaO2 and PaCO2 in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the research group was 82.35%,which was higher than the control group’s 66.67%(P<0.05);the research group’s plant state incidence rate was 11.76%,and the mortality rate was 5.88%;the control group plant state incidence rate was 24.24%,and the mortality rate was 15.15%,The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory support therapy for patients with craniocerebral trauma in emergency department can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,improve respiratory state,and reduce the incidence of plant state and mortality of patients.
