摘要
目的探讨北豆根、山豆根的中药饮片鉴别比较结果,并减少两者临床上乱用现象。方法在2017年9月至2019年9月对北豆根、山豆根的中药饮片进行鉴别分析。对比药物来源、显微特点、药用部位,分析功效特点。结果由于北豆根和山豆根名称十分相似,因此在临床上往往会混淆或出现错用的情况,但是实际上两种药物实际上存在较大差异性,特别是药用部位、性状、显微结构等方面,在临床用药时需要将两者认真区别,以提高用药准确性。结论北豆根与山豆根作为两种不同的中药材,其本质上具有较大的区别性,在临床用药时经常容易出现混用或错用的情况,需要提高鉴别工作,做好准确用药,保证用药安全性。
Objective to explore comparative results of Chinese prepared decoction of menispermum dauricum and subprostrate sophora,and reduce clinical misuse of them.Methods carry on comparative analysis of Chinese herbal decoction of menispermum dauricum and subprostrate sophora from September 2017 to September 2019.Compare drug source,microscopic characteristics,and medicinal parts and analyze effect characteristics.Results for similar names of menispermum dauricum and subprostrate sophora,they are confuses or misuse in clinical practice,but in fact there are great difference between them,especially medicinal parts,traits,microstructure and other aspects,it is necessary to distinguish them in clinical medication carefully to improve accuracy of medication.Conclusion menispermum dauricum and subprostrate sophora has quite different nature as different Chinese medicinal materials,which might be mixed or misused in clinical medicine.It is necessary to improve identification work for accurate medicine.to ensure safety of medication.
