摘要
目的分析改良切口开颅去骨瓣减压手术在重型颅脑损伤患者中治疗的临床效果。方法将我院45例重型颅脑损伤患者纳入至本次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(22例)与观察组(23例),对照组给予常规去骨瓣减压手术,观察组则行改良切口开颅去骨瓣减压手术治疗,术后比较两组患者围手术期各项指标,观察治疗效果。结果对照组患者手术时间、颅内压恢复平稳时间以及住院时间显著长于观察组,术中出血量多于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患者临床治疗总有效率68.18%低于观察组86.96%(P<0.05)。结论在重型颅脑损伤患者接受治疗时,采用改良切口开颅去骨瓣减压手术的临床治疗效果较好,可显著缩短患者的住院时间,值得在临床治疗中推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified incision craniotomy and osteotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Forty-five patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were included in this study.According to the method of digital random table,they were divided into the control group(22 cases)and the observation group(23 cases).The control group was given conventional decompressive surgery,and the observation group was treated with modified incision decompressive surgery.After the operation,we compared the perioperative indexes of the two groups and observed the treatment effect.Results The time of operation,the time of stable recovery of intracranial pressure and the time of hospitalization in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 68.18%lower than that of the observation group(86.96%)(P<0.05).Conclusion When the patients with severe craniocerebral injury are treated,the clinical effect of modified incision craniotomy and decompressive surgery is better,which can significantly shorten the length of stay of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
