摘要
目的探讨针对肺炎患儿实施优质护理的价值。方法选择2019年1月至2019年2月30例接受常规护理肺炎患儿成立常规组,选择同期接受优质护理30例肺炎患儿成立实验组,观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果实验组治疗总有效率93.3%,显著高于常规组的70.0%(P<0.05)。实验组治疗时间(5.2±1.1)天,显著短于常规组的(7.5±1.4)天(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率6.7%,显著低于常规组的33.3%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理是一种有效护理方法,可提升肺炎治疗效果和安全性。
Objective To explore the value of quality nursing for children with pneumonia.Methods From January 2019 to February 2019,30 children with pneumonia receiving routine care were selected to establish a routine group,and 30 children with pneumonia receiving high-quality care were established to establish an experimental group.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 70.0%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment time in the experimental group was(5.2±1.1)days,which was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(7.5±1.4)days(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 33.3%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing is an effective nursing method,which can improve the treatment effect and safety of pneumonia.
