摘要
目的探讨与分析60例ICU综合症患者发病的相关因素,制定相应的预防措施。方法随机选取2015年1月至2018年12月我院收治诊断为ICU综合症的60名患者进行回顾性分析,探析患者的年龄、文化程度、性别等一般资料以及患者原发病、在ICU的住院时间、睡眠质量情况、用药情况、呼吸机使用情况、约束带的使用情况、环境因素、心理因素等资料。结果ICU综合症患者发病与年龄、在ICU的住院时间的长短、睡眠因素、药物因素、呼吸机使用、约束带使用以及环境和心理因素密切相关。结论分析ICU综合症发生的相关因素并制定相应的预防措施,能够进一步促进对ICU综合症疾病的研究,更好地进行预防与治疗,从而达到减少ICU综合症的发生。
Objective To explore and analyze the related factors of 60 patients with ICU syndrome,and formulate the corresponding preventive measures.Methods 60 patients with ICU syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly selected for retrospective analysis.The general data of age,education level,gender and the data of patients’primary disease,length of stay in ICU,sleep quality,medication,ventilator use,restraint band use,environmental factors and psychological factors were analyzed.Results The onset of ICU syndrome was closely related to age,length of stay in ICU,sleeping factors,drug factors,ventilator use,restraint band use,environment and psychological factors.Conclusion Analyzing the related factors of ICU syndrome and making the corresponding preventive measures can further promote the research of ICU syndrome,better prevention and treatment,so as to reduce the occurrence of ICU syndrome.
