摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能检查在妊娠期检测中的价值。方法将1600名孕妇分为两组,对照组行常规孕前检查,观察组在常规孕前检查基础上行甲状腺功能检查,对两组妊娠不良情况进行。结果观察组800名孕妇共检测出存在甲状腺疾病患者62名,占比为7.75%;观察组各妊娠不良症状的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能检查对孕妇孕期监测中的应用价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of thyroid function test in pregnancy detection.Methods 1600 pregnant women were divided into two groups.The control group underwent routine pre-pregnancy examinations.The observation group underwent routine thyroid function tests based on routine pre-pregnancy examinations.Results A total of 62 pregnant women with thyroid diseases were detected in the observation group,accounting for 7.75%.The incidence of adverse pregnancy symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thyroid function test in the monitoring of pregnant women is high,and it is worth popularizing.
