摘要
目的血栓性外痔采用剥离手术后联合中医外科护理方法治疗,观察该种护理方法应用效果。方法将我科2018年4月至2020年4月的血栓性外痔90例患者作为观察对象,并且分成一组和二组,分别采用中医外科护理和常规护理,对比两种护理效果。结果一组和二组并发症发生率对比中,一组为6.66%,二组为26.66%(X^(2)=21.194,P=0.000),结果有差异。结论血栓性外痔采用剥离手术后联合中医外科护理治疗效果优良,该种方法值得推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thrombotic external hemorrhoids treated by dissection combined with surgical nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 90 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids in our department from April 2018 to April 2020 were observed,and divided into one group and two group.Surgical nursing and conventional nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine were adopted respectively,and the two kinds of nursing effects were compared.Results The complication rate was 6.66%in one group and 26.66%in the two group(X^(2)=21.194,P=0.000),and there was a difference in the results.Conclusion The treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids by dissection combined with surgical nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect,and this method is worth popularizing.
