摘要
目的探究对急诊患者,要进行气管插管术,保证插管成功率,减少对患者的刺激,采用可视喉镜的应用价值和安全性。方法本研究共68例研究对象,均为急诊进行气管插管的患者,34例采用普通喉镜的患者为常规组,另34例采用可视喉镜的患者为研究组,所有患者选自2018年6月至2020年6月。比较分析插管时间、一次插管成功率以及不良反应的发生情况。结果在一次插管成功率和喉镜显露有效率上,研究组明显高于常规组;在插管时间上,研究组明显短于常规组;在不良反应发生率上,研究组明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者,要进行气管插管术,保证插管成功率,减少对患者的刺激,采用可视喉镜的应用价值高,可以有效减少不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value and safety of laryngoscope in emergency patients,endotracheal intubation should be carried out to ensure the success rate of intubation,reduce the stimulation to patients.Methods In this study,there were 68 patients who were intubated in emergency,34 patients who used general laryngoscope as routine group and 34 patients who used visual laryngoscope as study group.All patients were selected from June 2018 to June 2020.The time of intubation,the success rate of one intubation and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results In the success rate of one-time intubation and the effective rate of laryngoscope exposure,the study group was significantly higher than the routine group;in the intubation time,the study group was significantly shorter than the routine group;in the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group was significantly lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For emergency patients,tracheal intubation should be carried out to ensure the success rate of intubation and reduce the stimulation to patients.The application value of visual laryngoscope is high,which can effectively reduce adverse reactions and is worth popularizing.
