摘要
目的就中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效进行研究、分析。方法抽取2018年9月至2019年9月在我院行相关治疗的肱骨近端骨折患者80例,以随机的形式分成对照组与观察组,每组患者的例数为40例,分别予以常规药物治疗及常规药物联合中医骨折三期治疗,经两种不同方式的治疗后,对患者的治疗效果予以分析、比较。结果观察组肱骨近端骨折患者经常规药物联合中医骨折三期治疗后,其临床症状改善明显,各指标评分呈良好趋势,而应用常规药物治疗的对照组各指标则未达到理想化,数据间呈现的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对肱骨近端骨折患者而言,中医骨折三期治疗直接影响着其术后的恢复效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of three-stage treatment of fractures in traditional Chinese medicine after operation of proximal humeral fractures.Methods The paper chose 80 cases of proximal humeral fracture patients in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019,and divided them into control and observation group randomly,40 cases in each group,who were treated with routine medicine or routine medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine three-stage fracture treatment.After two different treatments,treatment effect of patients was analyzed and compared.Results Clinical symptoms of patients with proximal humeral fractures in observation group were improved significantly after three-phase treatment of traditional medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and each index showed good trend.On the contrary,indexes of control group treated with routine drugs did not reach ideal level,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can affect postoperative recovery effect of proximal humeral fractures patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
