摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环联合品管圈活动对降低连续性血液净化治疗(CRRT)患者非计划下机发生率的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月我院ICU收治的采取CRRT治疗患者80例进行研究,将实施PDCA循环联合品管圈活动护理管理前收治的40例患者作为对照组,将实施护理管理后的40例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者CRRT治疗过程中非计划性下机发生率,比较实施前后护理人员解决问题能力、协调沟通能力、责任心、自信心、积极性和团队凝聚能力等方面综合素质评分。结果对照组患者CRRT治疗过程中非计划性下机发生率高于观察组[25.00%vs.7.50%,P<0.05]。对照组患者CRRT平均治疗时间显著短于观察组[(22.3±3.6)h/次vs.(38.7±4.1)h/次,P<0.05]。实施PDCA循环联合品管圈活动前护理人员综合素质优良率显著低于实施后[63.64%vs.100.00%,P<0.05]。结论PDCA循环联合品管圈活动能降低CRRT患者非计划性下机发生率,提高护理人员综合素质。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle combined with quality control circle activities in reducing incidence of unplanned discontinuation of patients with continuous blood purification therapy(CRRT).Methods The paper chose 80 patients with CRRT admitted to ICU of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 for research.40 patients treated before the nursing management of PDCA cycle were included in control group,and 40 patients treated after the nursing management were in observation group.Incidence of unplanned discontinuation during CRRT,comprehensive quality scores of nurses before and after the nursing management in terms of problem-solving ability,coordination and communication skills,sense of responsibility,self-confidence,enthusiasm,and team cohesion were compared between two groups.Results Incidence of unplanned discontinuation during CRRT treatment in control group was higher than that in observation group[25.00%vs.7.50%,(P<0.05)].Average treatment time of CRRT in control group was significantly shorter than that in observation group[(22.3±3.6)h/time vs.(38.7±4.1)h/time,P<0.05].Overall quality scores of nursing staff before PDCA cycle combined quality control circle was significantly lower than after[63.64%vs.100.00%,P<0.05].Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with quality control circle activities can reduce incidence of unplanned discontinuation of CRRT patients and improve overall quality of nursing staff.
