摘要
目的探讨冷热交替冲洗式口腔护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍病人的应用效果。方法选择我院于2019年6月至2019年12月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者67例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(32例,采用常规口腔护理),研究组(35例,在常规口腔护理基础上采用冷热交替冲洗式口腔护理),收集分析两组患者护理前后吞咽障碍情况和不良事件发生情况。结果护理前两组患者的吞咽障碍程度无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后7d、1个月研究组患者吞咽障碍程度明显低于对照组,并且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者采用冷热交替冲洗式口腔护理,能够护理效果显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore application effect of oral nursing with alternating cold and hot flushing in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods The paper chose 67 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group(32 cases,with routine oral care)and study group(35 cases,on the basis of routine oral care,with alternating cold and hot flushing).Dysphagia and adverse events of two groups before and after nursing were collected and analyzed.Results dysphagia degree showed no significant difference between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).That in study group was significantly lower than control group at 7 days and 1 month after nursing,and incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group.All were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion alternating cold and hot flushing can achieve significant nursing effect for stroke patients with dysphagia,which has certain clinical application value.
