摘要
目的研究手术室护生带教过程中运用循证护理的效果。方法采用信封法将2018年1月至2020月1月于我院进行实习的64例手术室护生分为参照组和研究组,其中参照组32例,运用传统模式带教,研究组32例,运用循证护理带教,对比两组护生考核成绩。结果研究组护生理论成绩、实践成绩均较参照组更高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生对带教老师的总满意度明显高于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证护理模式改良当前带教方法,可以有效提高手术室护生的理论知识掌握程度,加强实操能力,为日后正式工作奠定基础,同时还能改善护生实习体验,提高其职业认同感。
Objective To study effect of evidence-based nursing in intern process of nursing students in operation room.Methods With envelope method,the paper chose 64 operating room nursing students duirng internship in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and divided them into reference group and study group,32 cases in reference group were treated with traditional model teaching,and 32 cases study group with evidence-based nursing teaching.Effect of two groups of nursing students was compared and evaluated.Results Theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in study group were higher than reference group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);total satisfaction of nursing students with teachers in study group was significantly higher than reference group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing model can improve current teaching method,theoretical knowledge mastery of nursing students in operating room effectively,strengthen practical ability,and lay foundation for their future work.At the same time,it can improve practice experience of nursing students and increase their professional identity sense.
