摘要
目的分析综合心理护理干预在预防ICU谵妄的效果。方法挑选2018年4月至2019年4月我院ICU收治的90例患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施综合心理护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组的谵妄评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出现谵妄率低于对照组,谵妄维持时间、入住ICU时间都短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论向ICU患者实施综合心理护理干预,效果显著,可以有效预防发生谵妄。
Objective To analyzed effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in preventing delirium of ICU patients.Methods The paper chose 90 patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive psychological nursing intervention.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Delirium scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of delirium in observation group was lower than control group,maintenance time of delirium and admission time to ICU was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention has significant effect and can prevent delirium of ICU patients effectively.
