血浆中血脂类生化指标与脑血管病的相关性探讨

摘要 目的探讨血浆中血脂类生化指标与脑血管病的相关性。方法本次选研究取的112例脑血管疾病患者作为观察对象,均来源于2018年4月至2020年6月,根据疾病类型进行分组,将56例脑梗死患者纳入参照组,将56例脑出血患者纳入试验组。分析两组患者血脂生化指数和疾病的相关性,并对比两组不同年龄段患者的血脂指数。结果①对比两组患者脂蛋白a、HCY、TC水平:试验组HCY指数和TC指数对比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组脂蛋白a指数高于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。②对比两组脂蛋白a、HCY、TC指标失常情况:参照组患者脂蛋白a失常率为28.57%高于试验组患者脂蛋白a失常率14.29%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组HCY、TC失常率分别为48.2%、14.29%,试验组HCY、TC失常率分别为53.57%、19.64%,两组HCY、TC失常率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。③对比脑梗死患者脂蛋白a、HCY、TC水平:不同年龄段患者的HCY、TC指数对比无显著差异(P>0.05);但60岁以上患者脂蛋白a指数高于58~60岁的患者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。④脑出血患者脂蛋白a、HCY、TC水平:不同年龄段患者的蛋白a、HCY和TC指数对比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在脑梗塞和脑出血诊断中HCY、TC指标差异无显著意义,而脂蛋白a指数在脑梗死患者血浆中显著提升,对两种脑血管疾病鉴别诊断具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma lipids and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods In this selected study,112 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were selected as observation subjects,all from April 2018 to June 2020.According to the types of diseases,56 patients with cerebral infarction were included in the reference group and 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the experimental group.The correlation between blood lipid biochemical index and disease was analyzed.The blood lipid index of patients of different ages in the two groups was compared.Results①The levels of lipoprotein a,HCY and TC in the two groups were compared:there was no significant difference between Hcy index and TC index in the experimental group(P>0.05).The lipoprotein a index in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Compare the abnormality of lipoprotein a,HCY and TC between the two groups:the abnormal lipoprotein A rate in the control group was 28.57%higher than that in the test group(14.29%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of HCY and TC in the reference group were 48.2%and 14.29%,respectively.The abnormal rates of HCY and TC in the experimental group were 53.57%and 19.64%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the abnormal rates of HCY and TC between the two groups(P>0.05).③Comparison of the levels of lipoprotein A,Hcy and TC in patients with cerebral infarction:There were no significant differences in Hcy and TC indexes among different age groups(P>0.05).However,the lipoprotein A index in patients over 60 years old was higher than that in patients between 58 and 60 years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).④Levels of lipoprotein A,Hcy and TC in patients with cerebral hemorrhage:There were no significant differences in protein A,Hcy and TC indices among different age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrh
