摘要
目的分析硝苯地平控释片在高血压患者治疗中的应用及其意义。方法选取自2019年1月至2019年12月于本院接收治疗的高血压患者280例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别治疗后的血压水平变化、降压疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果①分析两组患者降压疗效:相较于对照组患者,观察组患者降压疗效更高(P<0.05)。②分析两组患者血压水平变化:治疗前,两组患者之间的血压水平对比并未显著差异(P>0.05),相较于对照组患者,观察组患者舒张压、收缩压明显更低(P<0.05)。③分析两组患者不良反应发生率:相较于对照组患者,观察组患者不良反应发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者的临床治疗中对患者采用硝苯地平控释片治疗更有利于改善患者血压水平,控制疾病发展,相较于常规治疗模式治疗中不良反应发生率更低,临床疗效更高,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the application and significance of nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with hypertension who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.Results①analysis of the antihypertensive efficacy of the two groups:Compared with the control group,the antihypertensive efficacy of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).③Analysis of the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups:compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hypertension,nifedipine GITS treatment is more conducive to improve the blood pressure level of patients,control the development of the disease,compared with the conventional treatment mode,the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment is lower,the clinical curative effect is higher,it is worthy of clinical application.
