摘要
目的探讨对复发转移性乳腺癌患者采取顺铂为主联合化疗方案进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法将韶关市第一人民医院2017年8月至2020年4月收治的60例复发转移性乳腺癌患者数字奇偶法分组;治疗组(30例):选择顺铂+紫杉醇完成乳腺癌治疗;对照组(30例):采用顺铂+长春瑞滨完成乳腺癌治疗;就组间疾病治疗总缓解率、用药不良反应(白细胞减少、血小板低下、恶心呕吐以及贫血)率展开对比。结果治疗组复发转移性乳腺癌患者疾病总缓解率(80.00%)同对照组(73.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发转移性乳腺癌患者血小板低下发生率(16.67%)低于对照组(43.33%)组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贫血(23.33%)、白细胞减少(76.67%)以及恶心呕吐(6.67%)发生率同对照组(20.00%)、(73.33%)以及(6.67%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂+紫杉醇药物有效应用,同顺铂+长春瑞滨药物比较,可使复发转移性乳腺癌患者表现出血小板低下概率显著降低,在其他不良反应表现以及获得效果方面,二者之间差异不明显,最终可实现复发转移性乳腺癌患者有效预后。
Objective To explore clinical effect of cisplatin combined chemotherapy in patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer.Methods The paper divided 60 cases recurrent and metastatic breast cancer from August 2017 to April 2020 into groups with digital parity method.Treatment group(30 cases)was treated with cisplatin and taxol,and control group(30 cases)with cisplatin and vinorelbine.Total alleviation rate of disease treatment,adverse reactions(leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,anemia)was compared between two groups.Results Total alleviation rate(80.00%)of patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer in treatment group was not significantly different from control group(73.33%)(P>0.05);thrombocytopenia incidence(16.67%)in treatment group was lower than control group(43.33%),with significant difference,(P<0.05);incidence of anemia(23.33%),leucopenia(76.67%),nausea and vomiting(6.67%)was not significantly different from control group,(20.00%),73.33%,and(6.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Cisplatin+paclitaxel can reduce incidence of thrombocytopenia in patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer more significantly than cisplatin+vinorelbine.Other adverse reactions and effect showed no obvious difference between two groups,effective prognosis of patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer can be achieved.
