摘要
目的探究在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗中精准保留左结肠动脉并根部淋巴结清扫所取得的临床治疗效果。方法2019年1月至2021年1月,我院60例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者,随机分组法,每组30例。高位结扎术用于对照组,精准保留左结肠动脉并根部淋巴结清扫用于观察组。结果观察组并发症发生率、首次排气时间及吻合口漏、术后两周彩超测膀胱残余尿及肠鸣音恢复时间比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗中精准保留左结肠动脉并根部淋巴结清扫取得的应用效果优于高位结扎术治疗方法,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,有助于降低患者并发症发生率,提升生存效果,使吻合口血供得以改善,疾病预后效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of accurate retention of left colon artery and root lymph node dissection in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,60 patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.High ligation was used in the control group,the left colon artery was accurately preserved and the root lymph node dissection was used in the observation group.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications,the first exhaust time,anastomotic leakage and the recovery time of bladder residual urine and bowel sound were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accurate retention of left colon artery and root lymph node dissection in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is better than that of high ligation.It is a safe and effective treatment method,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the survival effect.
