摘要
目的探究肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的支持性治疗措施及效果。方法共计纳入15例肝硬化合并消化道出血患者,所有病例纳入时间选取自2019年1月至2020年1月,通过对所有患者给予支持性治疗,以改善患者的各项病症表现及不良影响,同时术后对患者进行后期护理干预。统计所有患者在接受治疗后的临床治疗效果、各项治疗指标结果。结果通过给予所有患者治疗措施后,显示治疗显效患者11例,治疗有效患者4例,治疗无效患者0例,所有患者总体治疗有效率为100%;所有患者在接受相应的治疗和护理干预期间,其出血量为(254.91±67.80)mL;止血时间为(21.47±5.62)h;症状改善时间为(1.84±0.43)d;住院时间为(6.21±1.37)d。结论通过对所有肝硬化合并消化道出血患者给予支持性治疗并予以后期护理干预,可有效保证患者的生命安全,提高患者的存活率。且患者在预后恢复中效果更为显著,可有效体现其治疗有效性。
Objective To explore the treatment measures and effects of patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 15 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding were included.All patients were selected from January 2019 to January 2020.All patients were given supportive treatment to improve the symptoms and adverse effects of patients.At the same time,the patients were given post-operative nursing intervention.Statistics of all patients in the clinical treatment effect after treatment,the treatment index results.Results After the treatment measures were given to all patients,11 patients showed effective treatment,4 patients were effective,and 0 patients were ineffective.The overall effective rate of all patients was 100%.All patients were receiving corresponding treatment and nursing intervention.The bleeding volume is about(254.91±67.80)mL.The time to stop bleeding is(21.47±5.62)h.The time to symptom improvement is(1.84±0.43)d.The hospitalization time is(6.21±1.37)d.Conclusion Supportive treatment and post-nursing intervention for all patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively ensure the safety of patients’lives and improve the survival rate of patients.In addition,patients have more significant prognostic recovery effects,which can effectively reflect the effectiveness of their treatment.
