摘要
目的分析黄芪四君子汤联用沙格列汀对于老年2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法选择180例老年2型糖尿病患者纳入研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对比两组患者不良反应发生率及临床效果。结果治疗前两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、血清Nesfatin-1、SHBG比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后血清均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中出现8例不良反应,不良反应发生率为8.89%,对照组中出现6例不良反应,不良反应发生率为6.67%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪四君子汤联用沙格列汀对于老年2型糖尿病患者具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with Saxagliptin on elderly patients with type 2diabetes.Methods One hundred and eighty elderly patients with type 2diabetes were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 90 cases in each group.The incidence of adverse reactions and clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,two groups of patients had fasting blood glucose,two hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,βcell function index,insulin resistance index,high sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,serum Nesfatin-1,SHBG.There is no significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were 8 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.89%,and 6 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with Saxagliptin has a good therapeutic effect on elderly patients with type 2diabetes.
