摘要
目的探讨分析对输尿管结石患者采用腹部超声进行诊断的临床应用效果。方法本次研究对象均选自2019年5月1日-2020年9月30日在广东省佛山市顺德区伦教医院接受治疗的输尿管结石患者共45例,对全部患者采用腹部超声进行诊断,然后与患者的手术确诊结果进行对比,从而确认腹部超声对输尿管结石的诊断效果。结果腹部超声与确诊结果相对比,两者无明显差异(P>0.05);腹部超声检出的44例患者中,检出输尿管中段结石13例,输尿管下段结石31例,并且,左侧结石18例,右侧结石25例,双侧结石1例,与确诊结果相符。在对患者采用腹部超声检查时,主要的特征为:第一,患者的病灶会呈现弧形光带或者是椭圆形光团,并且后方会存在声影;第二,如果患者的结石较多,但是体积较小,则会使其回声相较于弧形光带型较弱,并且会呈现后方声影较淡的现象;第三,如果患者的结石数量较少,并且体积较小,那么结石后方的声影便不会很明显。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对输尿管结石患者采用腹部超声进行诊断的准确性十分显著,不仅能够很好地判断患者的结石位置,而且操作简单、实用性强,可以更好地完成对患者的诊断,从而为医生提供患者准确的诊断资料,增强对患者施术结果,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore and analyze clinical application effect of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ureteral calculi.Methods The paper chose 45 patients with ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from May 1,2019 to September 30,2020 for study.After being diagnosed with abdominal ultrasound,surgical diagnosis results were compared to confirm diagnostic effect of abdominal ultrasound on ureteral calculi.Results There was no significant difference between abdominal ultrasound and diagnostic results(P>0.05);among 44 cases detected by abdominal ultrasound,13 cases of middle ureteral calculi and 31 cases of lower ureteral calculi were detected.There were 18 cases of left calculi,25 cases of right calculi and 1 case of bilateral calculi,which was consistent with diagnosis.Abdominal ultrasound for patients showed main features:first,focus of patient showed arc-shaped light band or oval light mass,with sound shadow;second,patient had more stones,with small volume,weaker echo than arc light band type,lighter rear sound shadow;third,if less stone number were and smaller volume,sound shadow behind stones might not be obvious.Conclusion According to results of the study,abdominal ultrasound can achieve significant accuracy in diagnosis of ureteral calculi patients,can judge location of calculi with simple operation and strong practicability,complete diagnosis of patients better,and provide doctors with accurate diagnostic data and enhance operation results,which has clinical promotion value.
