摘要
因为疾病种类的增加以及要穴水平的提升,使用药物治疗疾病的范围更加广泛,对于疗效提升带来一定作用。但因为药师水平不高、患者耐受性等因素的影响,临床上出现不合理用药的问题比较普遍,带来一定的安全风险。作为药物管理的重点科室,药剂科需要加强药学干预,减少不合理用药问题的出现,保证不同药物的合理使用,强化临床疗效。
Due to increase of disease types and improvement of pharmacist level,drug treatment scope of diseases has been more extensive,which plays some certain role in improving curative effect.However,for low level of pharmacists,patient tolerance and other factors,irrational drug use is common in clinical practice,which brings some certain safety risks.As key department of drug management,pharmacy department needs to strengthen pharmaceutical intervention,reduce occurrence of irrational drug use,ensure rational use of different drugs and strengthen clinical effect.
