摘要
目的分析和探究医学检验分析前误差的原因及相对应的预防和解决措施。方法对我院在2019年1月-2020年1月接收的100例医学检验分析前误差进行分析,然后在此基础上制定针对性、系统性的解决措施。结果样品采集因素、人为因素、试剂因素以及仪器因素是造成医学检验分析前误差的主要因素,所占比例分别为60.0%、22.0%、13.0%、5.0%。结论在医学检验分析前,需要对常见的误差原因进行分析,并制定针对性的解决措施,从源头上避免医学检验分析前误差的产生,这样既可以提高医学检验结果的准确性,而且还可以提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze and explore causes of errors before medical laboratory analysis and corresponding preventive and solving measures.Methods The paper analyzed pre analysis errors of 100 cases of medical examination in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and formulated targeted and systematic solutions on the basis.Results Sample collection factors,human factors,reagent factors and instrument factors were main ones causing errors before medical examination and analysis,accounting for 60.0%,22.0%,13.0%and 5.0%respectively.Conclusion Before medical examination and analysis,it is necessary to analyze common causes of errors and formulate targeted solutions to avoid errors before medical examination and analysis from the source,which can improve accuracy of medical examination results,and treatment effect of patients.
