摘要
目的分析肺心病合并冠心病患者情况,评价中西医结合治疗的预后效果,以促进患者预后。方法选择我院2019年4~10月收治治疗的50例肺心病合并冠心病患者,结合治疗方法随机分为常规治疗的对照组(n=25)、中西医结合治疗的研究组(n=25)。比较2组肺心病合并冠心病患者的治疗效果、血气指标变化情况以及并发症情况。结果研究组临床总有效率超过90%,对照组临床总有效率超过60%,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总发生率低于5%,对照组临床总发生率超过35%。研究组发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);开始治疗前,两组患者PaO_(2)与PaCO_(2)统计数值无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别经过治疗后,两组患者PaO_(2)统计数值显著提升,PaCO_(2)统计数值显著下降。观察组治疗后PaO_(2)统计数值显著高于对照组,PaCO_(2)统计数值显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论中西医结合治疗肺心病合并冠心病可以促进患者血气指标改善,进一步提升治疗预后与安全性。
Objective To analyze situation of cor pulmonale patients complicated with coronary heart disease and evaluate prognostic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,to promote prognosis of patients.Methods The paper chose 50 cases cor pulmonale patients complicated with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from April to October 2019,and divided them into routine treatment control group(n=25)and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment research group(n=25)randomly.Curative effect,blood gas index changes and complications of cor pulmonale patients complicated with coronary heart disease were compared between two groups.Results Total clinical effective rate of study group was more than 90%,that of control group was more than 60%.Total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);total clinical incidence in study group was less than 5%,that of control group was more than 35%.Incidence in study group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in PaO_(2)and PaCO_(2)between two groups,difference was not statistically significant,(P>0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2)statistics of two groups increased significantly and PaO_(2)statistics decreased significantly.After treatment,statistical value of PaO_(2)in observation group was significantly higher than control group,statistical value of PaO_(2)in observation group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P=0.001).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can promote improvement of blood gas indexes and further improve prognosis and safety in treatment of cor pulmonale complicated with coronary heart disease.
