摘要
目的在临床治疗难治性心力衰竭时采取益气温阳利水法进行治疗,观察益气温阳利水法对此种疾病的临床治疗效果。方法实施随机数字法选取张家港市第三人民医院2019年6月-2021年6月所治疗的难治性心力衰竭疾病患者共计40例将其视为本次研究对象,均分为两组,分别是对照组(n=20,实施常规的西医治疗方式)与观察组(n=20,增加实施益气温阳利水法治疗方式)。通过对其实施不同的临床治疗方案对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果①观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);②治疗前两组患者其心功能相关指标之比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后两组患者其心功能相关指标均有所好转,并且观察组患者心功能相关指标明显优于对照组患者,组间对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);③观察组患者不良反应总发生率为15.00%远远低于对照组患者的45.00%,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对难治性心力衰竭疾病临床治疗过程中采取益气温阳利水法进行治疗所取得的疗效显著,不仅可以增加患者的临床治疗效果并且还可以改善其心功能情况,值得临床推荐使用。
Objective In the clinical treatment of refractory heart failure disease,the Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Method is used for treatment,and the clinical treatment effect of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Method on this disease is observed.Methods A random number method was implemented to select a total of 40 patients with refractory heart failure disease treated in the Department of Cardiology and Gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.They were regarded as the object of this study,and they were divided into two groups.They are the control group(n=20,the implementation of conventional Western medicine treatment)and the observation group(n=20,the implementation of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Method).The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared by implementing different clinical treatment plans.Results①The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);②There was no statistical difference in the ratio of cardiac function-related indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function-related indicators of the two groups of patients have improved,and the observation group’s cardiac function-related indicators were significantly better than those of the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically different(P<0.05);③The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%,which was far lower than the 45.00%in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of refractory heart failure through the treatment of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Method has achieved significant effects,which can not only increase the clinical treatment effect of patients but also improve their cardiac function.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
