摘要
目的研究新疆昌吉回族自治州维吾尔族青年女性指长比(digit,D)与月经初潮年龄(age at menarche,AAM)和体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)之间的关系,为保障本地区女性青春期正常发育进行早期干预,预防相关疾病的发生提供有益的帮助。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取新疆昌吉职业技术学院2017、2018级在校维吾尔族青年女性524名,年龄18~23岁,平均(20.40±3.98)岁。以体质测量法采集指长比、AAM和BMI等数据进行分析。结果新疆昌吉回族自治州维吾尔族青年女性左侧(2D:4D)、右侧(2D:5D)与AAM呈正相关关系(r值分别为0.12、0.17,P<0.05);左侧(2D:3D)、(2D:5D)与BMI呈正相关关系(r值为0.14,P<0.05);右侧(3D:5D)、(4D:5D)与体重呈正相关关系(r值分别为0.18、0.12,P<0.05);其他指长比与所有指标不存在相关关系(P>0.05)。结论新疆昌吉回族自治州维吾尔族青年女性指长比与AAM和BMI有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore the digital ratios with age at menarche and Body Mass Index of female Uighur youth in Changji Hui Autonomous prefecture,The results provide useful help for ensuring the normal development of puberty and preventing the occurrence of related diseases.Methods This study selected 2017and 2018 female Uighur young college students who voluntarily participated in Changji Hui Autonomous prefecture as the research objects,There were 524 females,with an average age of(20.40±3.98)years old.Collect and analyze the data of digital ratios with age at menarche and Body Mass Index.Results The AAM positively with left 2D:4D and right 2D:5D(r value were 0.12,0.17,P<0.05).The BMI positively with left 2D:3D and 2D:5D(r value were 0.14,P<0.05).The body weight positively with right 3D:5D and 4D:5D(r value were 0.18,0.12,P<0.05).Conclusion The digital ratios,age at menarche and Body Mass Index for female Uighur youth in Changji Hui Autonomous prefecture have certain correlation.
