摘要
目的分析当前三孩政策下生育力的保护策略及当前临床中需要面临的问题。方法将2020年1月-2021年12月于本院接受调查的家庭共56例作为观察对象,分析当前三孩政策下常见的临床问题,并采取合理有效的生育力保护策略。结果当前,在产妇生育中出现的临床问题主要包括了瘢痕子宫妊娠、前置胎盘、胎膜早破、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、流产、死胎、子宫肌瘤合并妊娠、精神心理异常等问题,另外,高龄的产妇往往更容易孕育出染色体异常或不正常发育胎儿,在一定程度上影响了新生儿的出生质量,而当前临床医生较为紧缺,工作难度大、压力大,且当前的医疗资源难以满足,医患关系仍旧处于紧张状态。结论当前,在三孩政策发展下,我国越来越多的家庭开启了“2+3”的养育模式,而这一模式的变化则在一定程度上为我国临床带来更多的问题,在生育高潮来临时,新生儿的出生质量以及孕产妇的孕育安全则成为了当前临床关注的重点,而为有效保证我国孕产妇的生育力则需要加强对当前三孩政策下的生育力保护措施,加强对临床问题的探讨分析,并积极提出生育力保护策略及多种问题的解决方式,为我国医疗事业的发展提供方向。
Objective To analyze the fertility protection strategy under the current three-child policy and the current clinical problems.Methods A total of 56 families investigated from January 2020 to December 2021 were observed,the common clinical problems under the current three-child policy were analyzed,and a reasonable and effective fertility protection strategy was adopted.Results Currently,clinical problems in maternal childbirth mainly include scar uterine pregnancy,placenta previa,premature fetal membrane rupture,gestational diabetes,hypertension in pregnancy,abortion,stillbirth,uterine fibroids combined with pregnancy,mental and psychological abnormalities and other problems.In addition,elderly pregnant women are often more likely to conceive chromosomal abnormalities or abnormal development fetuses,which affects the birth quality of newborns to a certain extent.At present,clinicians are in short supply,work is difficult and stressful,and the current medical resources are difficult to meet,and the doctor-patient relationship is still in a tense state.Conclusion At present,under the three child policy development,more and more families opened the"2+3"parenting mode,and the mode changes brings more problems to some extent,in the birth climax,newborn birth quality and maternal pregnancy safety has become the focus of clinical attention,and to effectively ensure the maternal fertility need to strengthen the fertility protection policy,strengthen the discussion and analysis of clinical problems,and actively put forward fertility protection strategy and a variety of problems,to provide the direction for the development of medical cause in China.
