摘要
目的对胃肠肿瘤患者在采用外科手术治疗后的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取2018年8月-2020年8月费县人民医院普外科收治的70例胃肠肿瘤患者为研究对象,并依据随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组患者各35例。对照组患者进行辅助化疗,观察组患者进行外科手术治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及生活质量。结果观察组患者经胃肠镜外科手术治疗的显效人员18例,对照组经保守治疗的显效人员仅8例,结果对比,观察组治疗后的总有效率为91.42%,显著高于对照组的68.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经外科手术治疗后其生活质量评分均低于对照组,由此表明,观察组患者的生活质量显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠肿瘤通过实施外科手术治疗后其临床治疗效果较为显著,且有效改善患者的生活质量,临床实践价值较高,在治疗胃肠肿瘤时可作为有效治疗方案。
Objective To analyze clinical treatment effect of surgical treatment for gastrointestinal tumor patients.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to general surgery department of Feixian People’s Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy,and observation group with surgery.Effect and life quality was compared between two groups.Results 18 cases in observation group showed significant effect after gastrointestinal surgery,and only 8 cases in control group showed significant effect after conservative treatment.Total effective rate in observation group was 91.42%,significantly higher than 68.57%in control group(P<0.05);life quality scores of observation group after surgical treatment were lower than control group,life quality of observation group was significantly higher,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment can achieve relatively significant clinical treatment effect for gastrointestinal tumors,and improve life quality of patients effectively,with high clinical practice value,which can be effective treatment scheme in treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.
