摘要
目的分析乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法本研究所选的160例乳腺增生患者均为安徽医科大学第四附属医院2020年4月-2021年4月所收治,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,80例对照组患者选择常规治疗,80例实验组患者在常规治疗基础上,予以乳宁颗粒治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后内分泌激素[孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平,血管生成因子[血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)]水平以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者的内分泌激素E_(2)、PRL和LH水平均低于对照组患者,P和FSH水平均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的血管生成因子Ang-2、HIF-1α、VEGF和bFGF水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面实验组为98.75%高于对照组90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对乳腺增生患者进行治疗时,采用乳宁颗粒治疗能够取得比较显著的效果,能有效增强治疗效果,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Runing granule on patients with mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods A total of 160 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.80 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 80 patients in the experimental group were treated with Runing granule on the basis of routine treatment.The levels of endocrine hormones[progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]in 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Levels of angiogenic factor[angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),hypoxia-inducing factor-1α(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)]and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of endocrine hormone E_(2),PRL and LH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of P and FSH were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of angiogenic factor Ang-2,HIF-1α,VEGF and bFGF in treatment group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia,Runing granule can achieve significant effect,effectively enhance the treatment effect,and has the value of clinical application and popularization.
