银杏内酯辅助阿替普酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果观察及对神经功能、炎性因子的影响

Effect of Ginkgolide Combined with Alteplase in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and its Effect on Neurological Function and Inflammatory Factors

摘要 目的研究银杏内酯辅助阿替普酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果及对神经功能、炎性因子的影响。方法选取高州市人民医院2019年4月-2021年6月收治的78例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象并随机等分为两组,除接受常规治疗外,对照组接受阿替普酶治疗,研究组再联合银杏内酯辅助治疗,比较两组患者的日常生活能力、神经功能变化、认知功能障碍水平(HDS)评分,相关血清炎性因子水平,血液流变学指标,治疗效果。结果经治疗后,研究组患者的日常生活能力、神经功能和认知功能、治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05);同时患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP等炎性指标改善情况以及血液流变学指标较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯辅助阿替普酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者具有较好的临床效果,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of ginkgolide combined with alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its effect on neurological function and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomLy divided into two groups.In addition to receiving conventional treatment,the control group received alteplase treatment,the study group was combined with ginkgolide adjuvant therapy,and the daily living ability,neurological function changes,cognitive dysfunction level(HDS)score,related serum inflammatory factor levels,hemorheological indexes,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the daily living ability,neurological and cognitive function,and therapeutic effect of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of inflammatory indexes such as CRP and the hemorheological indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgolide combined with alteplase has good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
