摘要
目的本次实验将针对护士进行护理风险防范培训,探讨其作为提高临床工作质量方法的价值。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月护理系持有护士资格证的110名高职学生(该批学生2019年5月到临床实习)为对象,对选取的护生进行分组培训,讨论实验结果。对照组采用常规高职人才培养模式,观察组则在常规培养模式的基础上加入护理风险防范培训,对比应用成效。结果从护生进入临床实习工作后的护理质量上看,观察组的消毒隔离、基础护理、病房管理得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,对比两组护理风险事件发生率,观察发生率为1.82%,对照组为10.91%,组间对比差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险防范培训作为提高护生临床工作质量的方法,可以有效减少护理风险事件的发生,减轻护患矛盾,增加实习单位的满意度。
Objective To explore value of nursing risk prevention training for nurses as method to improve clinical work quality.Methods The experiment chose 110 higher vocational students with nurse qualification certificates in nursing department from April 2018 to April 2019(with clinical practice in May 2019),after group training,experimental results were discussed.Control group was treated with routine higher vocational training mode,while observation group was added with nursing risk prevention training on the basis of routine training mode.application result was compared.Results In terms of nursing quality of nursing students during clinical practice,scores of disinfection and isolation,basic nursing and ward management in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).At the same time,incidence of nursing risk events in two groups was compared,that of observation group was 1.82%,that of control group was 10.91%,with significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Nursing risk prevention training as method to improve clinical work quality of nursing students can reduce incidence of nursing risk events effectively,reduce contradiction between nurses and patients,and increase satisfaction degree of practice units.
