历史的天空,回荡着共富梦想。自古以来,我国就有“天下大同”的思想。纵观中华民族发展史,实现共同富裕既是广大民众最质朴的生活理想,也是历代先贤不懈的追求。科学社会主义的诞生,为人类指明了新方向、新出路。只有在中国共产党的领导下,共同富裕才能从空想变成可能。21世纪初,浙江发展遭遇“成长的烦恼”。时任浙江省委书记习近平在深入调研的基础上,以战略家的眼光重新审视浙江的资源禀赋,作出了“发挥八个方面的优势”“推进八个方面的举措”的决策部署,简称为“八八战略”,其中明确提出“必须着力增强发展的全面性、均衡性、协调性,以更大力度统筹城乡区域协调发展,走共同富裕之路”。
The year 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of Zhejiang's implementation of the“Double-Eight Strategy”.Over the past 20 years,successive Zhejiang provincial Party committees and provincial governments took the general guideline of the“Double-Eight Strategy”to lead Zhejiang's development,promoted the“Green Rural Revival Program”,Low-income Farmers Striving for a Relatively Comfortable Life Project and Mountain-Sea Collaboration Project,pushed forward the construction of the Greater Bay Area,the Garden Province,the Great Transport Corridor and the Greater Metropolitan Area,and carried out the action of securing and improving people's livelihood,which have made the foundation of common prosperity more solid and have scaled new heights in the quality and efficiency of development.
