摘要
本文通过唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司使用替代燃料过程中,对一般固废类、涉爆粉尘类替代燃料进行全面的安全风险分析,指出存在的安全风险隐患,并制定相关的安全管理方法和风险管理采取的措施,同时借鉴四例案例分析,列举出粉尘爆炸类替代燃料的运输、储存、使用不当而产生生产安全事故,提醒水泥企业引起高度重视,为水泥企业替代燃料安全管控提供思路。
This article conducts a comprehensive safety risk analysis of general solid waste and explosive dust alternative fuels during the use of alternative fuels by Profle of Tangshan Jidong Cement Co.LTD.It points out the existing safety risks and hazards,and formulates relevant safety management methods and measures for risk management.At the same time,through four case studies,it lists the safety production accidents caused by improper transportation,storage,and use of dust explosion alternative fuels,reminding cement enterprises to attach great importance to them and providing ideas for the safety control of alternative fuels in cement enterprises.
